This is really a work of art. You've so deftly worked the examples in post-production so that not only do they underscore your points, they work with the narration.
Was it Bernard Herrmann who complained about producers wanting him to save a bad movie AND have people leave the theater whistling the theme?

I did a search in Itunes for podcasts dealing with film and you guys were one of the choices. So I said what the heck, I want to learn more about scores in film. Well, I've listened to your first 3 episodes and PodTrek repeatedly and I plan to listen to the rest. I love how you talk about the examples and play them at the same time.
